I am thankful that everything is done with the apartment process: lease is signed, papers handed in and Nick goes to get the keys today! I feel like a kid at Christmas, I couldn't sleep at all last night I am so excited!
I'm thankful that the duvet cover and pillow covers arrived and they were the right color. I ordered them from target.com, got free shipping and I could not be happier! I picked a neutral color because the wall color is a light blue. Even my dogs like it lol!
I am thankful for the Christmas Tree Shop. If you haven't been to one, GO! RUN! They have just about everything you can imagine. Nick and I walked around in Ikea looking for a tv stand and coffee table and didn't find anything we really were crazy about. I went to the Christmas Tree Shop and found BOTH! Quite a surprise! The quality is great and the price was even better:o) (its our first apartment together so we didn't want to spend a lot on furniture until we move into a bigger place)

I'm thankful that I can finally announce the wonderful news: one of my best friends, Jenna, is expecting!!! Her little one will arrive April 29th, I cannot wait to see her as a mommy! Both Jenna and her husband, Vince, will make amazing parents:o)
I am thankful that tonight I am going to the Flyers hockey game with my Dad. Its always been a tradition for us to go to Philadelphia sporting events together, however, this will be our last one for a bit because I move to DC in 2 weeks!
I am thankful that Nicks mom is super-crafty and offered to mark our curtains for us to go in the master and guest bedrooms. She is also coming down with me next weekend to help us paint and move Nick's furniture in.
Finally, I am thankful for my brother. He is a senior in high school and has grown so so much. He's got a beautiful girlfriend and is starting the college application process. I could not be more proud of him. Love ya B! Here he is with my mom and sister for his homecoming dance:o) what a stud!
