Nick and I really wanted to get our porch/patio ready for spring so we headed over to Home Depot to pick out some things that we would need. It's a project that has only just begun!
I built this birdhouse out of water resistant cardboard, its adorable! I hope we get some baby birds in it!
I LOVE to use fresh herbs when I cook, so this rosemary plant will be used quite often!

Nick was such a good sport while hanging the hooks we needed. He had to drill through cement, lol!

Yesterday we got our engagement pictures taken by a friend of ours from high school. We got lucky and the weather was sunny and in the 80's! The cherry blossoms are in full bloom here so we wanted to take advantage of the beautiful scenery in DC! I feel so grateful living near such a pretty city!
